It’s a really chic and social way of celebrating or just coming together. It’s convivial, elegant and fun. Tea parties are ideal for weddings, birthdays, hen parties, christenings, baby showers, wakes, children’s parties etc. The Travelling Tea Party will deliver all you need and return to collect the empties after the event. We’ve got two tea party set menus to choose from then you just have to decide what large cakes make up your party!

Traditional afternoon tea was held at 3pm to help stave off hunger in times when dinner was served much later in the evening. Today, afternoon tea can be taken at any time – who can say no to a slice of cake and a fresh brew? Here at The Travelling Tea Party we’ve even been known to breakfast on cake!

Our travelling tea parties are just that – travelling! We’re a mobile service that encompasses freshly made, home-baked cakes, dainty finger sandwiches, tea and vintage china. We’ll create a tea party package to suit your needs and deliver to a venue chosen by you. Mileage for delivery is charged at 45p per mile.

We also make flavoured truffles and have our own mobile ‘pick n’ mix’ style sweetie table, complete with pretty jars, scoops and cute paper bags. We've also had some bunting hand-stitched to our requirements and you can hire this to make your tea party look the part.
